Join us for 4 transformative virtual master classes specifically curated to guide you through the deep Winter guided by the Wisdom of Ayurveda and Yoga Therapy. Each session builds upon the last providing a holistic pathway through the coldest months, jumpstarting a year led by wellness and internal balance.

Nourish emotional wellbeing through the darker months. Together, we’ll explore ways to soften the inner critic, cultivate loving awareness, and create a sanctuary of warmth within ourselves.
Week 3: A Winter Spa Day: Nourish your skin, body, and spirit with Ayurvedic self-care rituals.
Step into a day of rejuvenation with Lisa as she shares Ayurvedic winter spa rituals and recipes for cultivating outer glow and inner radiance. Learn how warming oils, herbal therapies, and mindful self-nurturing restores vitality, beauty, and resilience during the coldest season. This is your invitation to slow down, reconnect and gently stoke the inner fire.
Week 4: Gathering Light: Building community and warmth when the world feels cold. In this closing session, Diane leads an uplifting exploration of connection and belonging—how to stay emotionally nourished and spiritually inspired in the winter season. Through guided reflection, group sharing, and gentle mindfulness, you’ll discover ways to kindle your own light while strengthening the bonds that sustain you.
