Meet Lisa
Ayurvedic Practitioner | Yoga Teacher | Cosmetologist
I’ve had the privilege of supporting hundreds of women (and a few men, too!) in transforming their lives through the wisdom of Ayurveda. Watching your journey unfold is an incredible honor, and it deepens my gratitude for the path I’ve chosen. Ayurveda is not just a system of health; it’s a way of living that reconnects us with our true nature.
For those seeking a different path to health and well-being, it’s my joy to pass along this ancient wisdom.
I am board certified by the National Ayurvedic Medical Association (NAMA) and I’m proud to be a founding board member of the Pennsylvania Ayurvedic Medical Association (PAMA).
A Practitioner’s Journey:
40+ Years in the Making
Like so many people I spent much my life navigating challenges of imbalance in my own body. Experiencing the effects of a high-stress environment on my own Vata constitution highlighted the unsustainable nature of living out of alignment.
Ayurveda illuminated what I had been missing: balance.
For me, Ayurveda revealed that balance isn’t about instant results, but rather a continuous journey of tuning in and listening to our own unique rhythms. Each day, each season invites us to redefine what balance means to us.
I learned to recognize what depleted my Prana, or life force energy, to release what no longer served me and confront the tricky truth that I really can’t do it all.

Ayurveda will still be true long after
we work together.
It is a constant.
Working together
Beyond the structure of a consultation you’ll find my approach in working together is infused with personal touches.
Facilitating connections between Ayurveda, the world and my clients is a deep abiding, guiding light for me. Outside of sessions you might find me brewing herbal oils or curating natural remedies or recipes in my home to share with clients and community alike.
I have a deep appreciation for your story. I want to know you and connect with the unique pieces that make you, you.
Find joy in creation
Creativity can be found in all niches of my life whether it be developing a new natural skincare line in my kitchen or testing new foods on my husband.
When Pennsylvania weather allows, I’m an avid kayaker, finding connection and rejuvenation in nature.
Community and learning are touchstones for me. Farmer’s Markets and local community festivals draw me like a moth to a flame.
In quieter moments, you might find me exploring literary treasures in my local used bookstore (tell me what you’re reading!)
